Проблем с XBMC

Вчера след известно време мъчене да прескоча грешките, успях да си джейлна ATV 2. В момента съм с последния firmware (4.3_8F305) джейлнат с SeasOnPass. Инсталирах си XBMC(10.0-7), но при опит да си пусна филм с 720p качество(пробвах различни филми), устройството се рестартира или ме изхвърля от XBMC. Интересува ме дали това е следствие от firmware-а на устройството или е друга причината? Ако имате някакви идеи, ще се радвам да опитам.

Също така ме интересува как се ъпгрейдват програмите, както и как да си сменя местоположението на Main Menu Weather инсталирано от NitoTv.

После ще ти направя няколко скрийншота, колкото до XBMC, пробвай да инсталираш UpdateBeGone и другото е да изпълниш следните стъпки, без да махаш вече инсталираното XBMC.

    wget http://hadm.net/~keith/xbmc_atv2/latest_atv2.deb
    dpkg -i latest_atv2.deb
    rm latest_atv2.deb

Това става през Terminal.app или PuTTY.

edit: За Main Menu Weather отиваш в Settings -> Custom Settings -> Main Menu Extensions -> Main Menu Weather -> Search WOEID -> пишеш град и си готов. Можеш и Add by WOEID, но тогава трябва да знаеш кой е WOEID кода на твоя град, за София е 839722.

Има ъпдейт на бета версията XBMC, който оправя проблемът с "media scanning"

Сваляте си на компютъра org.xbmc-20110614-9ac7e4c_atv2-arm.deb и го копирате в папка /tmp на AppleTV.

Свързвате се с AppleTV през terminal.app или PuTTY и изпълнявате следната команда:

dpkg -i /tmp/org.xbmc-20110614-9ac7e4c_atv2-arm.deb

Issues

10.0-8 was released on 19th June. The list below currently refers to issues present in release 10.0-7. I've been too busy with work to keep up with XBMC for iOS lately, so PLEASE take the time to let me know what we can cross off the list with the latest release

early indications of 10.0-8 issues:

* mp3 playback does not work

Please add corrections and/or additions to the list as a reply in this thread. If you think you've found one please try and make sure that new issues are confirmed beyond your own personal experience before posting them here. Fixed issues should be working consistently before suggesting a correction to this thread. This is to ensure that information in this first post is accurate for everyone who reads it.

Playback, video:

1080p playback is not smooth for all files. At present, the ATV2 can decode 1080p video, but output is limited to 720p. Though 1080p output may be possible, it is not a priority at the moment. To see if you can really benefit with 1080p output, please consult this chart

Hardware decoding is for h264 only. As a result, 720p XviD, WMV and other HD encodings stutter. SD should work fine. (thanks nmat)

large MKV files packaged with subtitles in the container can crash XBMC unless subtitles are disabled (thanks candyman2000)

There is currently no control over display characteristics, e.g. autoswitching refresh rate 24/50/60 Hz (thanks acidduck)

Interlacing is disabled on mpeg2. (maybe more??) No easy short-term fix. (thanks keith)

Video_TS.IFO will play in file mode, but not in library mode (thanks dtviewer)

Video_TS playback will not work if menus are included in addition to video files, unless played from a local source (thanks neohusky and this thread, and newsilentsilver)

ISO playback does not work

Although not universal, a significant number of users are reporting difficulty in streaming video over SMB - there are numerous threads on the subject, use the forum search for further info (thanks haffi)

Playback, audio:

AC3 Audio can stutter and pause video. Generating Thumbnails is the culprit, go into Settings > Video > File and deselect 'extract thumbnails and video information'. Fix is in mainline, not atv2 branch yet. Also some are experiencing static with this enabled, regardless of Generate Thumbs selected or not. (thanks keith)

incorrect downmixing of audio - front channels downmixed to right stereo channel, rear channels downmixed to left stereo channel (thanks nukedeath)

volume control and muting do not do anything (thanks Gooki)

special note on AC3/DTS issues from Memphiz:

"The whole sound passthrough story (AC3, DTS) seems very specific to the used components. [...] there are definitly issues, but they don't appear for all constellations. There are some solutions which work for some components in the FAQ thread."

Playback, other:

SSA and ASS subtitles do not display on hardware decoded videos (thanks Thewolf)

Visualiser is not working (thanks keith). Visualizations are not on the todo list

No karaoke settings. No CDG support (thanks drjt)

GUI:

There is still room for improvement in the performance of XBMC's interface.

Navigation sounds are disabled (thanks nmat) but should be fixed when AudioEngine gets merged into trunk, there's no ETA and don't ask for one

'Glassy' reflections seen in many of the skins are not working properly as diffusing isn't currently working properly under OpenGL ES (thanks TwisTz)

Screen appears to be incorrectly calibrated on some iPhone and iPads (probably to do with screen rotation - try launching with iDevice orientated in landscape) (thanks jerkychew)

Media/Library:

Library scanning / scraping can cause xbmc to crash and/or the scraper itself to crash. Turn off 'Generate Thumbnails'; go into Settings > Video > File and deselect 'extract thumbnails and video information'. (thanks keith)

Scanning of remote music stalls on folders containing .m4a files (see this thread, fix coming in next release thanks to Memphiz)

Movies contained in folders (e.g. Video_TS) do not display thumbnails/posters in file mode (thanks dtviewer)

MySQL can be used to centralize the XBMC library (useful when you have multiple XBMC devices)

Control:

Rolling repeat button presses not working from remote control - i.e. scrolling through menus by holding down a direction button (thanks bwelton - via another thread)

Keyboard using an eventclient like XBMC Remote on iPhone doesn't seem to work. (thanks keith)

With Bluetooth keyboards, some keys dont work. (Shift-R in library mode wont take to the R's for example) This will require a refactoring so no fix in the short term. (thanks keith)

no support for third party remotes. Will be coming in future releases (see this thread). Update: there is some support for Logitech Harmony remotes - please see FAQ (below)

touch scroll gestures not handled by XBMC yet (i.e. ability to flick through lists rather than use scroll bars)

Other:

Time is incorrect - see here for a fix

Last.fm submissions are temperamental (thanks keith)

Тази звездичка * mp3 playback does not work , е оправена или сега е налична като проблем? Събота и неделя правех ъпгрейди и от тогава имам проблеми със просвирването на mp3-ки. Тръгват и на първата секунда спира, и програмата блокира частично. Току що минах на 10.0-8 по горе описания начин(nito tv) и проблема остава.

New release: 10.0-9

Инсталацията става по два начина.

1. Update през nitoTV

2. Въвеждате следната команда в terminal.app или PuTTY през ssh

apt-get update && apt-get upgrade

Още има какво да се оправя, но за момента са фиксирани основните проблеми

Има ли начин,или всичко от начало?

edit:От Nito инсталирах наново(въпреки,че показваше-инсталирано).

Другият въпрос-в Nito e 11.0.0 , в maintenance e 10.0.09?

Или деинстал от Nito Tv,рестарт и после инсталираш наново!Настройките се запазват!

Не мога да свържа XBMC на Атв с Time Capsule!Къде може да бъркам?

През Zeroconf Browser виждам също...

но отново не става!През AFP чувам капсулата че пали за 1-2сек и пак заспива!През TimeCapsule(samba)не виждам папките на хардаОпитах с промяна на шерването на диска,но уви!С Infuse през AFP нямам грижи,през Samba също не виждам папките

XBMC -> VIDEOS -> Files -> Add Videos -> smb://user:pass@ip timecapsule/data/movies

Това е при положение, че искаш да добавиш папка Data/Movies.

Моят съвет е да напишеш името на капсулата вместо IP-то, защото така ще я намира винаги във всяка мрежа. Също така е хубаво да си отделиш в две различни папки филмите от сериалите.

Големи,малки букви имат ли значение?Името не съм променял...

smb://user:pass@Time Capsule time capsule/data/movies...Тако го разбирам?На мястото на ip пиша Time Capsule?

Проблема е в капсулата и шерването на диска според мен!Infuse не вижда SMB шеринг

за филмите и

smb://user:pass@jbtimecapsule/data/tv shows

За сериалите.

Провери дали user-а има нужните права за споделяна на въпросните папки. Пробвай и с локалното ип на капсулата вместо името, и като съвет не е хубаво да се използва празно място (space) в имената на папки/потребители и др. от този тип.
